We had a great experience at your store and were very satisfied. Frank Jewelers was the fifth store that we visited. Marty helped us and was able to show us several color variations of the fancy yellow diamond that we were interested in so we knew exactly what we were getting. Your donation to St. John UCC Mission trip will be placed in a silent auction. The funds will go toward our travel and other trip expenses to Metairie, LA. My name is Matthew and I'm writing this letter to thank you for all your service and assistance with my engagement ring purchase. When Jenny told me to come to your establishment, I was a little tentative, as I didn't know anything about jewelry. However, once I arrived, it was apparent that your years of experience and attention to detail precede you. I couldn't possibly convey how special you made me feel, giving me over 2 hours of your time! Also, you gave me the most wonderful ring anyone could ask for, and you did it below cost! Elizabeth LOVES the ring, and so does everyone else who sees it! (she said yes, by the way!) You didn't have to go though all the trouble to help me out, but you did anyways! For that, I am extremely grateful. Further, your staff did nothing but treat me with respect and attention when you weren't around. I will always come back to your store, given I stay in the relative proximity to it.
