Returns
For purchases made before Christmas intended as a gift on Christmas day, returns are gladly made by January 1, 2022.
Returned merchandise must be unused, unsized, unworn and in original condition in original gift box.
Extensions must be made at the time of purchase for gifts. If you are shipping your return, we will cover the shipping cost!
Returns are easy, too. If you are not 100% satisfied why not give us a call 815-235-3169 or text at 815-569-6717. We’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
To return an item to Frank Jewelers, please follow the simple instructions below.
*Special Orders and Custom Work: Special orders are not returnable. A special order consists of any jewelry or watch ordered, custom made or altered at the customer's request.
How To Properly Prepare Your Return:
Text 815-569-6717 to begin processing your return. Once we receive your information, we will process a call tag for your convenience. This means we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print out the shipping label.
Box up your merchandise! Please make sure Frank Jewelers Jewelers is not written anywhere on the outside of the box! This is to keep the transfer of your package safe! Please do not indicate that there is jewelry inside the box anywhere. Please include all materials to ensure quick and efficient processing. Put the label on the box and drop off at your local location to have it shipped back to Frank Jewelers.

Refund will be processed within 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Frank Jewelers is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments not properly prepared or shipped.

Appraisals:
Initial appraisals can be issued free of charge at the customer's request for any item purchased at Frank Jewelers. This receipt copy is proof of purchase and can be used for insurance needs depending on the insurance company (consult your insurance agent). Updated appraisal requests may incur a nominal fee.
Servicing and Cleaning:
We will professionally clean your jewelry and check the prongs free of charge. We recommend to have this done at least twice a year.
