We ship all of our packages directly from our store in unbranded, discreet padded envelopes or boxes. All packages are insured by the US Postal Service and our jewelry store insurance company for complete coverage and peace of mind.
All in-stock items are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unaltered and in like new condition. We will inform you before shipping out if an item is non-returnable, there will be no surprises. Non-returnable items include custom or altered (including sized rings) pieces, or items that need to be special ordered for you. We make an effort to keep all of our store pieces in-stock, you will be notified if an item needs to be special ordered.
All returned items must have a return authorization written on the outside of the package, any package that has not been authorized for return will be refused and returned to sender. Please call or email for an return request within 30 days of your purchase. We are unable to refund any shipping costs. We get it—your tastes can change over time. So if one day you decide to upgrade your purchases, we make it easy. All Frank Jewelers diamond jewelry comes with Life Time Full Value Upgrades on any main center diamond.
We’ll apply the original purchase price of your diamond to the regular price of any new diamond of greater value. This policy applies to solitaire necklaces, diamond studs or engagement rings.*

*Upgrades must be made on a purchase at least 50% greater in value than your original diamond. New settings will incur an additional charge. You may use your existing setting and Frank Jewelers will do all necessary labor free of charge.
