1. Exchange or store credits gladly made within 10 days of purchase.Returned merchandise must be unused,unworn and in original condition in original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction book intact.Extensions must be made at the time of purchase for gifts. Note:Must be accompanied by receipt.

2. Special Orders and Custom Work: Special orders are not returnable. A special order constitutes of any jewelry or watch ordered, custom made or altered at the customer's request.

3. Layaway Policy: Frank Jewelers welcomes layaways for up to 6 months with a 10% down payment. Monthly payments are required. In the absence of monthly payments, your layaway will be cancelled. Any cancelled layaway will be assessed a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price. On layaways cancelled after 6 months, payments will revert to a non-refundable store credit.

4. In-House Charges: All Frank Jewelers' in-house charge account terms are net 30 days unless different terms are specified. Frank Jewelers reserves the right to assess an interest charge of 21 % APR (1.75% per month) on the unpaid balance on all accounts after 30 days. Late fees of $25.00 per month will be assessed if minimum payment is not received by due date on your statement.

5. Appraisals: Initial appraisals can be issued free of charge at the customer's request for any item purchased at Frank Jewelers. This receipt copy is proof of purchase and can be used for insurance needs depending on the insurance company (consult your insurance agent). Updated appraisal requests may incur a nominal fee.

6. Servicing and Cleaning: We will professionally clean your jewelry and check the prongs free of charge. We recommend to have this done at least twice a year.
